Self-care is more than bubble baths or curling up with a good book – it's a coping skill that our participants use to lessen the stress of their everyday lives. And with 44% of American employees feeling burned out at work (SHRM), providing your people with emotional and mental support tools can make a huge difference. Chronic stress can have major physical and mental health repercussions—with an increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, Type 2 diabetes, depression, anxiety, substance use, and more. GLP-1s are a hot topic and touted as the magic bullet to weight loss, but there are still concerns and hesitations for people considering these medications. In this ever-changing landscape, it’s important to get data behind consumer viewpoints. Our latest participant survey dove into the factors respondents found most important for weight-loss medications. Lifestyle change support (77.9%) topped the list of considerations, pointing to the value of having behavior-change support when it comes to taking weight-loss medications.  Find our press release with additional results and more insights here: https://lnkd.in/gCq3zBcV
