    Today we announced a beta release of Fuel iX, an enterprise-grade AI engine designed to help companies upgrade their generative AI (GenAI) pilots to production scale, deploy customized solutions faster and effectively manage the technology responsibly. “Fuel iX was created to provide enterprises with generative AI flexibility, control, productivity and trust.     Credit card loyalty programs are evolving globally, and we have the data to prove it: https://lnkd.in/ehVXUbUh We have conducted research across five global regions to deepen our understanding of consumer behaviors and preferences, and with nearly 500 English-speaking loyalty card members surveyed, our research highlights crucial insights that emphasize why a one-size-fits-all approach just doesn't cut it in the diverse global marketplace. 🔀 The good news? Every region shared a preference for mobile engagement, clear and transparent offers, and personalized rewards relevant to their everyday spending. The most popular loyalty redemption choices are typically cash back and essential goods, which ranked highest in four of the five regions. 🌏 However, financial brands can and should cater to varied global markets, delivering personalization in loyalty programs. From North America's passion for community-based rewards to Asia-Pacific's focus on travel benefits, regional differences clearly underline the necessity for customer data platforms and tailored loyalty strategies.     WillowTree’s offices in Boston, Charlottesville, Columbus, and Durham recently held their annual “Makers' Markets,” hosted by our Trees with Different Needs (TWDN) employee resource group. TWDN envisions a future where WillowTree employees affected by disabilities and/or chronic physical or mental health conditions — whether personally or as a caregiver and supporter — can sustain and grow their personal and professional wellbeing. As TWDN Co-Chair and Software Engineer Lindsey "Grey" Olson summed it up, “The Makers' Market is intended to help everyone connect. It showcases what people love and dedicate themselves to,” they said. From oil paintings and handmade jewelry, to honey and macarons, “Art is often a deeply personal creation. It opens up important conversations. I love getting seeing who my coworkers are beyond their professional roles. The Market helps us achieve that,” Grey said.
