As the Chicago Chapter President of INFORMS I’m incredibly excited for the INFORMS Chicago Chapter Annual Conference set for November 9th and 10th! The theme of the event is AI Unleashed! Responsible Harnessing of AI/ML/OR for Effective Decision Making. A major reason why I joined INFORMS was the impressiveness of the speakers and the relevant content at events. This year will be no different… in fact, this is one of the most impressive groups of speakers who have attended this conference. Executive leadership from industry (with a special track focus in healthcare and finance) as well as leading academics will be presenting on a variety of AI-based topics. In addition to keynotes and presentations there will be panels, awards, and networking!
