With over 30 different services, including 15 priced between $10 and $30, residents get access to a la carte services that have never before been available to consumers. For the property manager, Spruce reduces the growing burden of managing 20+ different providers arriving each day, and provides security and oversight for the entire property. Spruce also helps local housekeeping and cleaning businesses build economies of scale in their operations with tech-enabled solutions so that they can compete in the modern economy.
