We recently launched Caregiver Connections, a new initiative from our caregiver employee network (eNet) designed to provide #TeamSony with the space to connect with other caregivers and share experiences, challenges, and solutions. Caregiver Connections is more than just a networking opportunity – it's a chance for our caregivers to prioritize their own well-being and know that they're not alone.  Our first in-person session took place in San Diego and it was an incredible opportunity for our team members to connect with one another, share their stories, and find support. Shout out to our caregiver eNet leads Sandra Ramos-Eller, MBA and Tam Pham for organizing such an impactful initiative.

Sony is excited to sponsor and participate in San Diego Pride. On July 20, we invite all #TeamSony members and their loved ones to join us in the parade — an event we eagerly anticipate each year! 🌈🙌🥳🏳️🌈 "By offering a platform for self-expression, fostering community, and promoting equality, San Diego Pride plays a vital role in uplifting and empowering the LGBTQ+ community in the region," says May Salem, Fulfillment Operations Manager. "I am so grateful to work for a company like Sony that proudly supports this community." #SonyProud #Pride #SDPride

Meet Sandra Ramos-Eller, MBA Eller, co-lead of our caregiver employee network (eNet). Sandra became a co-lead during her daughter's teenage years, finding support in the resources and community within the eNet. An advocate for self-care, Sandra encourages fellow caregivers to make time to recharge so they can better care for the people/pets they love.  As someone who balances caring for multiple family members, Sandra appreciates Sony's caregiver leave benefit. "I'm grateful I haven't had to use it yet, but knowing I have up to 12 weeks of leave at 100% of my base salary to care for my mom or another family member significantly reduces the stress of navigating uncertain future circumstances," she shares. #caregiversupport

At Sony, we understand that balancing professional demands with personal responsibilities can be challenging. For years, our caregiver employee network (eNet) has helped #TeamSony find harmony between work and life. Originally focused on supporting parents, we've recently expanded the eNet's mission to encompass a wider range of caregivers, from children and aging parents to pets and beyond. 👶🧒🧓🐶🐱 Led by Sandra Ramos-Eller, MBA and Tam Pham, the eNet's new mission is to create connections among colleagues to help navigate the various stages of life as a caregiver through dialogue and shared experiences. This new mission reflects the intention of the eNet: to provide a support system for caregivers to connect, share resources, and foster community. ❤️

We believe that diversity drives innovation, and we're dedicated to creating a space where all voices are heard and appreciated. The celebration doesn't stop here! We're thrilled to sponsor and march in the San Diego Pride parade on July 20. See you there! 🌈🙌 #SonyProud #Pride

Joseph Sam, Marketing Manager, became a co-lead of our LGBTQIA+ employee network (eNet) in an effort to create the change he envisions for the world, while meeting other people from the company that have the same passions, struggles, and hopes for the future. One of his most memorable moments as a co-lead is when he had the opportunity to speak on a panel at Qualcomm representing Sony (pictured below). "Sony really is leading the way when it comes to LGBTQ+ rights and issues in the corporate workplace and it's an amazing feeling to be a part of that," he says. #SonyProud #Pride #TeamSony
