I feel so happy and grateful that Sonepar gets recognized through this Gold award in Experience! 🏆 Working for Sonepar is a daily delight but can be an humbling experience given how little B2B Distribution in construction is known by the general public. What a transformative journey the last 18 months has been. Eight of us set out on a quest to provide Sonepar with an Omnichannel Operating Model Transformation Playbook. As we worked tirelessly to create something valuable and empowering for associates, I don't think we realized how much we were being transformed by our experiences as members of the Sonepar Junior Committee. I am grateful for the SJC Talent and Leadership Team that brought together (and walked beside) a team of strangers from different countries and backgrounds. The masterful selection produced a team of incredible talent and cherished friendships. Bryson Asher, Christophe WALBRON, Florian Monribot, Gilliam Schoorel, Marie Luise John, Stephanie Engle, SHRM-CP, Stina Johansson there are no other individuals I would have wanted to shed blood and tears with through the 18 months. You all are incredible people that brought such unique skills and perspectives to this experience and made it the success that it was.
