    What happens when your marketing, sales, and customer success teams come together to seek what’s possible to make customer experiences even better? New processes and solutions are created that result in an even better customer interaction. Houseful, an industry leader in residential property software, identified that their recurring developer customers were using the same set of products for new property listings, often interacting with the Account Management team each time. The team decided to seek what was possible for turning this process into a self-service journey to better serve recurring customers at scale. Houseful partnered with Sercante to build the self-service journey using Salesforce and Engagement Studio in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. The results were a seamless digital experience for their recurring customers as they were smoothly guided through their product selection journey.     If you're a marketer using Marketing Cloud Intelligence for your reporting, here are 6 tips for optimizing the platform's performance: 1. Use less widgets and more pages. 2. For faster data loading, consider using JavaScript ifs instead of large loops in Excel style IF formulas, this can help a bit by setting quick end criteria which accelerates data loading. 3. Be mindful of data fusions and transitive fusions as this can also impact load speed. 4. Coalesce is one of the cleanest and fastest ways to join data points. 5. Scroll all the way through a page before showing it live to the team, so all your data has the chance to load before showtime. 6. To get filters to load faster and simplify dropdowns, use this calculated measurement, "Greater than 0".
