It has been two years since the launch of 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. They have received over 8 million calls since the launch which is truly an astounding number. The Kona Ice truck stopped by our facility this past weekend and our staff and community members enjoyed the delicious treat! This was a great way to keep cool in these high temperatures. Kona Ice will be returning to River Point, 6300 Beach Blvd., on Wednesday, July 24, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, August 3, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.! Please come by for some shaved ice!

We recently attended Waves of Hope Eating Disorder Care Center's Grand Opening Celebration! Waves of Hope is a gender-inclusive treatment center providing IOP and PHP programs to adolescents between the ages of 12 and 17 and adults in Jacksonville, Florida. At Waves of Hope, they are committed to promoting independence and sustainable recovery from eating disorders through tailored care. We are grateful they are now a part of our community, and we look forward to our partnership.
