WHAT WE DO: By being a custom manufacturer: -- We allow piping engineers design more efficient systems than having to use commercially available pipe flanges. -- We help industrial PVF distributors with those hard to find, non-standard flanges or when their customer is screaming for faster deliveries. -- We help plant maintenance people get the repair flanges they need, even special ones, meaning their systems are up and running faster because they are working directly with me, the machine shop making them. WHO WE WORK WITH: Pipe system maintenance fabricators like William Schmidt in Pennsylvania. Industrial distributors like Wolseley Industrial including their regional office and warehouse in Hampton, VA servicing Newport News Shipbuilding. Designers and builders of tube and sheet heat exchangers like Diversified Heat Transfer in New Jersey, an OEM. A lot of people ask us, "can this be done?" Most often, the answer is YES. These are 2" 150# flanges made to a navy drawing for socket welds. Our customer wanted 2" pipe threads in the center - so we made them for him. The Navy print is for 90/10 and 70/30 Copper-Nickle parts but they wanted A105 carbon steel forgings, domestic/DFARS - no problem. The flanges were so nice looking, I hated painting them!
