She provided valuable insights and necessary adjustments for future audits, offering practical recommendations on effective audit practices and highlighting areas for improvement from a registrar’s perspective 🙌 Rieke’s advice concluded with: “A well-structured, transparent, and cooperative audit process not only ensures compliance but also strengthens the relationship between registries and registrars. 👋 Meet Linda Wiljander, Head of Paid Media based in our Malmö office! 👋 I'm Linda, born and raised in Helsinki, Finland and part of the 5% of Swedish-speaking minority, which means I'm raised bilingual 🇫🇮🇸🇪 I’ve been living abroad for more than 10 years, but I still love the traditional Finnish treats such as winter bathing with a properly heated sauna, liquorice and Finnish rye bread. And not to mention, as a Finn, I, of course, have the Finnish 'Sisu' - it’s the “can-do” attitude and stubbornness that will take you through anything life throws at you 💪 I've been part of the one.com family for a solid four years now. I started as a digital marketing specialist with a more hands-on approach to performance marketing and now proudly wear the hat of Head of Paid Media. It's been a fun ride, and I’m happy to be part of it! 🚀 My days currently consist of planning marketing activities, plotting new acquisition strategies, crunching numbers for reports, and trying to keep up with the lightning speed of the digital marketing world. But I wouldn't have it any other way! I walk into the office with a smile on my face each day because of my fantastic, ambitious team and our exciting plans for the future.
