This position develops trade guidelines, forecasts, reporting, and strategic channel/customer programs that deliver revenue and profit. They will lead the Sales Team through all stages of the Trade Management process, assist in reporting KPI metrics, develop strategies to improve trade ROI and serve as a critical partner in annual revenue and trade planning processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 3-5 years CPG sales experience, demonstrated experience implementing, using, and/or managing a Trade & Forecasting (TPM) system.
