As a partner in a law firm, Shelby Austin was surrounded by the inefficiencies ingrained in working with documents. So she bootstrapped her first startup to streamline the manual processes in due diligence and litigation prep. After Deloitte acquired that startup in 2014, she’d spend the next few years launching and leading Deloitte Canada’s AI practice. There, she’d meet her future Arteria AI co-founders Abrar Huq and Jonathan Wong. Arteria’s AI-powered documentation infrastructure software is now used globally by financial institutions like Citi to drive speed, efficiency, and intelligence into core business processes. Shelby says it best: “The thing we know is that the banks of tomorrow will win with AI. It's just a matter of our customers working back from that premise and then trying to figure out the journey to get to that future state." https://lnkd.in/e_CXnkxW 💡Notable for: Shaping the future of AI in financial services Partners since: Fall 2023 when we led Arteria’s Series B CC Jeff Richards, Chelcie Taylor #BeNotable #Notable #NotableFounders #AI
