We're thrilled this wonderful group of people can use their new skills in mediation, bringing even more peace to families. We also want to give a big thank you to Jen Comiskey, Jackie Kittrell, and our volunteers who facilitated this training!

Mediation changes lives by rebuilding bridges. This Mediation Monday, we share a case where parents and their adult child came together to heal emotional and financial rifts. Each person worked hard to reach understanding and compromise, agreeing to move forward with their relationship. Everyone left the room laughing and expressing what a wonderful process mediation had been. ❤

Executive Director. Nonprofit leader. Conflict manager. Relationship driven, collaborative fundraiser.
This is a moment where two worlds collide. I am passionate about creating inclusive places and conversations where all folks can thrive, regardless of neurotype, and I'm so excited to have our Lunch & Learn series at Nashville Conflict Resolution Center / NCRC focus on such an important topic. Conflict happens when there is misunderstanding and missed expectations and that includes communication styles. Please sign up at the link and make plans to join us. It's gonna be great!

Volunteer and former Executive Director Sara Figal represented NCRC at Napier Sudekum’s “coming together” street festival this weekend. In a celebration of community, residents of Napier Sudekum learned about mediation and wove their hopes for a peaceful community into a piece of public art. The tapestry will hang in a public building as a symbol of reducing conflict and coming together.❤
