We're proud to support United Way of Cass-Clay's yearly school supply drive, collecting items to help kids succeed. These supplies mean they can focus on learning and being kids, without worrying about having the tools they need. All students deserve to feel confident and prepared when walking into their first day of school. 🎒✏️
About us
Moore Holding Company was born from the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) formed when Moore Engineering, Inc. became employee owned - partially in 1998 and 100% in 2004. We've seen that employees at ESOP companies act like owners because they are owners. We aim to bring employer ownership advantages to a larger group of employee owners by expanding our family of companies and fulfilling our mission of serving a sustainable community of employee owners.

Gregory Wald, communications manager at Moore Holding Company, recently attended the ESOP Association National Conference in Washington, DC to learn more about employee ownership!
So proud to work for an employee-owned company! Last week, I got together with other employee owners for The ESOP Association National Conference in Washington, DC. We went to Capitol Hill for Lobby Day, visiting our congressional offices and thanking our delegation for their support of employee ownership. We also had a couple of days of breakout sessions, keynotes and an awards ceremony hosted by humorist Dave Barry. Moore Holding Company #TEAnational2024

Meet our new intern, Emmett! He brings 1 year of experience in Kindergarten and supplies our office with endless artwork!
Marketing leader helping teams plan strategically, organize thoughtfully, and execute creatively (with a splash of fun!)
Of all the things Emmett could do today on his day off, he wanted to come to my office to hang out. My team at Moore Holding Company makes for a fun experience for this future engineer! The cake pop, hot chocolate, fruit punch and ice cream before 10:30 am and pizza for lunch helps too I guess!

There is nothing civil about these engineers! 😉 We had a great time at the 2024 Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce (FMWF Chamber) Corporate Cup, competing against other businesses in games such as tug of war, ultimate frisbee, dodge bow, volleyball, and so much more! There were a total of 64 teams and over 1,000 participants!

Representatives from Moore Holding Company, Moore Engineering, and CNE attended the 2024 Annual Employee Ownership Conference in Tampa, Florida. Industry leaders, employee-owned companies, and visionary though leaders come together to learn about the power of being an ESOP, innovation, and sustainable business practice. We appreciate their time and willingness to bring this knowledge back to our companies!

More than 400 volunteers gathered in the Fargo-Moorhead area today to complete much-needed volunteer projects, raise awareness about community issues, and help our neighbors in need. The Moore Engineering, Inc/Moore Holding team planted native wildflowers along the walking paths in the Urban Plains Park in Fargo, ND. Thanks to United Way of Cass-Clay and Fargo Park District for creating a great volunteering experience.
