Leadr is a performance management platform built on the unique belief that the best way to drive results is by developing your employees. Leadr solves these 5 growing pains: conflict avoidance, disengaged team members, low productivity, unclear goals, and high turnover. When we don’t equip our managers to succeed in these areas, our teams remain ineffective, and it’s our bottom line that takes a hit. (21% less productivity, 43% higher turnover, and 22% lower profits). Think of it this way, if you have 100 full time employees, disengagement and turnover are costing you around $1,680,000 annually. With scattered processes, lack of visibility, and no accountability, technology becomes the only solution to help an organization win. In Leadr’s digital workspace, managers lead effective meetings, engage in helpful feedback, put goals into action, develop every team member, and recognize wins on a personal level. Having all of these things in one place allows visibility for executives, alignment for leaders, and clarity for employees — all leading to increased performance.

Our mission is to develop 1 million leaders. So there's nothing that fires us up more than former employees looking back on their time at Leadr as a positive experience when they were valued and developed. It's what we're all about. Thanks for sharing, James Edwards 🦄.
If you don't see your HR/People team as a way to help your company grow, then you're leaving money on the table. Just about every stat that comes out around L&D, employee experience, or leadership shows that employees leave because they feel: a.) Limited in what they can do/how they can grow b.) Burnt out c.) Their leadership doesn't care about them While asking employees about themselves, or having coffee chats with the leadership team, or having them fill out a survey, etc. is a helpful start - that's in no way, shape, or form an employee experience strategy. If you want to maximize your people's abilities, limit attrition, and expand your reach as an organization - then you have to develop a culture built on learning, developing, and growth. One of the best experiences I've had around this was at Leadr - especially when I first stepped into leadership there. I had: - Training on how to best be a frontline leader - Direct lines to department heads, cross-functional managers, and an internal sales leadership team that focused on building its own culture - An expanded focus on maximizing my own growth and potential - Accountability to my teams' goals and growth I didn't just "earn" leadership; it was more of a calling that I had to live out. And, that growth for myself and for my team came because there was a proactive approach to culture - not a reactive one. It takes time, budget, a clear focus, AND trust that the L&D, OD, or heads of HR that you've hired know what's needed. But, without it, I truly believe that you'll miss the expansion and growth your people and org could have.
