We recently received complaints that there is a company registered under the name “Kinsley Roofing, LLC” that is falsely representing itself as being affiliated with Kinsley Construction. We have learned of accusations that this company has even taken deposits from potential customers and failed to perform the work agreed. We take these sorts of complaints very seriously. Kinsley Construction is committed to doing right by our people, right by our roots and right by you. Neither Kinsley Roofing, LLC, nor Nigel Correa, have ever been employed by, affiliated with, approved by, licensed by, endorsed by, or in any other way associated with Kinsley Construction, LLC or any of the other Kinsley family of companies. Kinsley Construction is working through all appropriate legal channels to stop “Kinsley Roofing, LLC” and its principal, Nigel Correa, from continuing to confuse and mislead the public. On behalf of Kinsley Construction, LLC and our family of companies, thank you for your continued trust in the Kinsley name and the quality of our work. If you believe that you may have been defrauded by Kinsley Roofing, LLC or Nigel Correa, you may want to contact the Pennsylvania Attorney General at (717) 787-3391 or your local police department.

Joe Keffer, Utilities superintendent, wanted to work at a place that could provide him with ample opportunities. In 2006, Joe connected with long-time employees at Kinsley Construction, sparking his interest in the company's culture. Learning the trade from the ground up, Joe started as a triaxle driver for Kinsley Materials. While he found satisfaction in driving, Joe felt drawn to a career that offered more hands-on experiences. He then moved to the Utilities team and worked as a foreman. Joe enjoys doing gas work and values the precision and attention to detail the role requires. Recently, Joe was promoted to Utilities superintendent and now manages all new business work for a local utility company. His manager commended his dedication, stating that his commitment to construction done right merited the promotion. “Kinsley has always had a family atmosphere and I learn something new every day through the people I am surrounded by. There are so many knowledgeable employees with so many skill sets.”

We’re working on Stage 3 of Frey Farm Landfill's vertical expansion project. This phase includes capping a 12.5-acre cell, demolishing old structures, installing a 2.7-acre liner system, building an MSE berm and updating leachate, gas and stormwater systems. To date, we've completed all demolition work and installed the new leachate infrastructure. Our upcoming tasks include testing pits and prepping for the MSE berm and stormwater system. When completed in October 2025, our work will help LCSWMA extend the life of the landfill by adding critical capacity to serve the community.
