Visit Kenvue.com/HLMreport to see the full report and read on for some key highlights from our first year as an independent company: 💚 Healthy People: We equipped the communities in which we operate with innovative products and actionable information to make healthier decisions. ▪️ Our workforce was approximately 50% male and 50% female globally, with 36% of U.S. employees identifying as racial or ethnic minorities. ▪️ Our diverse backgrounds and perspectives drove inclusive innovations like the Neutrogena® Purescreen+™ Mineral UV Tint Face Liquid Sunscreen range and Johnson’s® Blackinho Poderoso line for children with curly hair. 🌍 Healthy Planet: We helped safeguard the earth’s health and resources while managing the impacts we created. ▪️ We increased our use of renewable electricity to 65% through 18 onsite solar-powered electricity systems and offsite renewable electricity procurement contracts. ▪️ We increased our use of recyclable or refillable packaging to 71% of our portfolio and reduced the volume of virgin plastic in packaging by 21%. 🤝 Healthy Practice: We also continued to promote a culture of integrity, ethics and transparency to build trust and create meaningful, long-term value. ▪️ We're supporting this goal through our membership in the EcoBeautyScore Consortium, which aims to develop an environmental impact assessment and scoring system for cosmetic products. ▪️ We're expanding access to product information through digital platforms and technologies like our Neutrogena® Glossary of Ingredients and Johnson’s® Baby digital transparency tool with the intention of empowering consumers to make the best choices for themselves and their loved ones.
