We couldn't be more thrilled to announce Jeremy Bender's selection for the prestigious Indiana Agricultural Leadership Program! 🚜💡 Bender advanced to the interview phase of the Indiana Agricultural Leadership Program after submitting his application and references. The interview process covered personal background, agricultural knowledge, and participation in a group discussion. The program involves participation in ten three-day seminars across Indiana, one week in Washington DC, and two weeks internationally. His goals include expanding his network, learning about diverse agricultural regions in Indiana, and gaining experience in governmental areas. He aims to leverage his experience and knowledge gained from the program to enhance Interra's Ag Lending Department, improving their ability to assess loan risks and provide tailored financial solutions. His interest in agriculture stems from growing up on a dairy farm in Elkhart County, where he developed an appreciation for its positive contributions to society. Kyle Revella is celebrating 10 years with the credit union! 🎉 Before becoming Assistant Vice President, Business Lender serving our Goshen market, Kyle started as the Nappanee branch drive-through teller and then spent a short period as a Float Advisor and a Senior Member Advisor at our previous Peddlers Branch. From there, he became the Assistant Branch Manager of the Member Advisors at the Main Office. This experience allowed him to become the first Small Business Lender in our Commercial Department. One thing he loves about Interra is the culture and people he works with. When he’s not at our Main office, you might catch Kyle and his wife traveling, attending sporting events, camping, or hanging by the pool when the weather is nice! #JoinIn #WorkAnniversary #CongratsKyle
