To drive digital transformation, the client needed to transition from Waterfall to a scaled Agile/SAFe framework and revamp their tech stack to React, Node, Python, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS. They also needed to migrate from on-prem MS SQL & Oracle to AWS, ensuring secure handling of sensitive customer data.
