The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) has nationwide responsibility for GSA’s small business programs and is the chief advocate for small and disadvantaged businesses. OSDBU collaborates with GSA mission delivery and support offices to meet and exceed statutory prime and subcontracting small business and socio-economic small business goals.
