Congratulations to Larry Caplinger who is retiring from F&M Bank today after 52 years of dedicated service. He began as a Note Teller in 1972 and steadily advanced to become Executive Vice President, a role from which he retired in December 2018. Since then, he has served as a Board Director. Throughout his career, Larry has been a cornerstone of F&M's success as the company has grown significantly in both footprint and operations. His dedication extends beyond the bank, as he’s also a lifetime member and former Assistant Chief of the Timberville Volunteer Fire Department. Larry plans to spend his additional free time traveling more with his family. We’re grateful for his leadership and community spirit and wish him the best in his adventures!
