This position will have the opportunity to guide delivery of relationship-based services to families based on their unique needs, strengths, culture, and values, and will also have an important community-facing presence, with opportunities to collaborate and leverage connections to strengthen and expand the reach of our programs, and to share our team’s work with the birth-to-five provider community locally and nationally. We understand families are experiencing complex challenges and can feel isolated as they seek to improve their well-being. Our team is deeply committed to meeting families where they are, from a place of curiosity, humility, and compassion. We help families know they are not alone, in spite of trauma and oppressive systems, during the most important years of their child’s life. We seek a reflective supervisor, strategic thinker, and an inclusive manager, with a strong commitment to equity who is passionate about our mission and values. This position requires an advanced degree with clinical credentials, and a solid grounding in and commitment to the principles of infant and early childhood mental health.     Come join our team of Warm Line volunteers! Every day volunteers provide a lifeline to parents who are struggling and feeling alone. Talking to another parent who has been through it reduces the isolation and stigma that many new parents feel. That is why we need you! REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER HERE: bit.ly/WarmLineVolunteer We are staffed by parents with lived experience of a perinatal mental health issue. Now on the other side, our volunteers support parents, walking alongside each caller's journey to healing. Receiving and providing peer support is unique and powerful for both the volunteer and parent! We are looking for parent volunteers, including LGBTQ+ parents and BIPOC parents, to assist those contacting our Warm Line for support.

In service of our value to be accountable to the clients we serve, we are looking for 2-3 people who have been FAN Trained and are connected to or part of BIPOC, immigrant, or rural serving communities to join us in amplifying grant opportunities and awarding grants. Community members will be paid a stipend of $150/month for their participation on the FAN Grant Committee.
