Our offices are located in Ames, Boone, Clarion, Fort Dodge, Humboldt, Pocahontas, Rockwell City, and Webster City. For more information, please contact us by phone or email. The walk-in hours for substance use evaluations at our Ames office will be changing soon. Next week, walk-ins will only be held on Tuesday, July 16, from 10 AM-2 PM. Then, beginning the week of July 22, walk-ins will be held on Mondays from 10 AM-2 PM, Tuesdays from 2 PM-6 PM, and Fridays from 10 AM-3 PM. Please give us a call at 515-232-3206 with any questions!
