Communication is not about what you say, but rather what the other person hears/understands. This means that effective communication depends on how well your message is understood by the listener. To improve communication, consider these tips: 1- Listen Actively: Pay attention to the listener's reactions & feedback. 2- Clarify and Confirm: Ask questions to ensure they understand your message. 3- Adapt Your Message: Use language & examples that the listener can relate to. 4- Watch Non-Verbal Cues: Be mindful of body language & tone of voice. 5- Encourage Feedback: Create a space where feedback is welcomed & used to improve communication.
