The Arkansas Hospitality Association has partnered with the leading class action claims management company, Financial Recovery Strategies (FRS) to help our members get back as much money as possible for the $5.54 Billion Payment Card Interchange Fee (PCIF) Class Action Settlement. The deadline has been updated to August 30th, 2024. If your business accepted Visa/Mastercard branded cards in the United States anytime between January 1st, 2004, and January 25th, 2019, you are likely eligible to recover money. Even if your business is no longer operating you can still file a claim and get money back. There is absolutely no out of pocket costs or fees for you as they only get a percentage of whatever amount they win on your claim.
