Throughout the month of June, members of our Pride team member group across the country participated in various events to celebrate Pride Month, including Iowa PrideFest, Rhode Island PrideFest and Parade, and OUTRaleigh. Our African American team member group is leading our Juneteenth celebration. Commemorating the end of slavery in the U.S., we celebrate Juneteenth by honoring the progress, culture and history of African Americans. At Advance, we’re also celebrating the success of black-owned automotive businesses. Auto Frank is owned and operated by Frank Harris in Houston, Texas. Frank began working on cars at the age of 14 and now has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. In 2000, he opened Auto Frank, which has four auto technicians and five service bays serving customers. Fank has been doing business with Advance for over 15 years and is a valued member of our TechNet repair shop network. A trusted business in the Houston community, Frank’s business motto is, “Let your customers do your advertising.” At Advance, we believe our people are our best part and that embracing the diversity of people, thoughts, skills and experiences fuels our success.
