The platform I would propose for learning is A Cloud Guru. It is a Pluralsight platform. I like the platform because it has labs and sandbox accounts. As opposed to picking up courses on Udemy etc, the best way to level up your cloud computing skills (Be it strategy, architecture & implementation) is to work on projects for your firm - regardless of whether it's a client-based project (where you're a vendor) or on your product. Heck, even contribute to internal projects in your firm, and don't be afraid to pick up POCs, considering you brainstorm and research the latest tech stacks, and see them through to fruition.

Hands-on practice is the best way of learning and applying all the knowledge that you’ve gained so far.. Specially, when talking about Cloud in specific, there are numerous solutions/services but while you work on a project that’s when you have to think about the best implementation strategy and selection of the cloud services depending on your needs and requirements which results in an efficient, cost effective and scalable solution. It’s during working on real world cloud projects, when you’ll come across errors and issues and that’s how you’ll learn how to troubleshoot it. Projects gives you a wider view and requires you to look into different scenarios and best practices to implement the solution.

In my experience, the best combination is reading the core documentation and then going over several architecture videos. We all learn in different ways and I tend to learn better through reading and then seeing the topic in action.

Documentation is like the heart of any product so it is a must thing do read ,if we take examples of terraform then the best resource to learn terraform even in today's world is it's own documentation so we can understand the importance of documentation .

Keeping a constant check on the official documentations helps us staying updated. Infact, referring to official documentations is a good way to learn a new technology/feature, specially in cloud if you specialise in a particular cloud platform like Azure , there are many services that keep on getting introduced, thus to keep pace with it, it’s always a good practice to refer to Microsoft’s documentations of that feature as it contains all the required details, step by step procedure of its implementation and so on.
