Make a to do list everyday with two most important tasks for the day and rest three low or medium priority tasks. 2. Do not procastinate things like sending a simple email, or following up on campaign feedback or reviewing one page content. 3. Delegate tasks to avoid your plate getting full. 4. Take mindful breaks - Use Pomodoro technique, it works amazingly. 5. Say no whenever its needed.

Another way to make sure everything is done efficiently is to split a fairly large task into achievable smaller tasks and goals. I often tend to feel more overwhelmed by looking at the larger goal but once the task is split, it's only a matter of a couple of checklists before I realize it's all adding up, and the bigger task is complete.

Batch Similar Tasks together! For me personally, multitasking hinders productivity. Our brain struggles to switch gears quickly, wasting energy. Instead, group similar tasks together like scheduling all your social media posts at once, or writing a batch of blog articles- you will have focused efficiency, this will allow you to be more productive, boost efficiency and complete your daily tasks with ease.

Start with cash flow. The marketing that brings in the most money should typically take priority. That’s because more money allows you to hire more and do more. When faced with multiple priorities I would suggest to ultimately choose the ones that can bring in revenues because nobody will be upset if more money is coming in the door. Money solves a lot of problems in business!
