One thing that I would like to share after working in a project where I introduced Cloud to the organisation for the first time is sharing knowledge about cloud like what cloud is, how it works, what would be the real benefits to the organisation (in short term and long term) etc would ease the transition. Basically making sure the team feels more comfortable knowing the cloud rather than just getting scared it will create security issues, or won't work for stuff that they are doing etc.
