Argonaut's maligned and seemingly abandoned platform title Malice has found a home along with Powerdrome at XIM Inc., whose new publishing arm Evolved Games is now expected to release both titles in the second quarter of 2004, presumably on both PS2 and Xbox as originally planned.

UK-based developer Argonaut has also entered into an agreement with ZeniMax Media subsidiary Bethesda Softworks, with both titles due out in North America under ZeniMax's Mud Duck publishing label in the same timeframe.

This is good news for Argonaut, who saw Vivendi terminate their interest in Malice and Namco terminate Orchid under similar circumstances last year. The developer is already facing a warm reception in North America to its I-Ninja title, which is due out on PS2 only in Europe under a Sony exclusivity arrangement on February 13th.
