Sodatete! Konchuu Ousha Mushi King is a new portable LCD game due out on February 23rd in Japan, and obviously it's to do with SEGA's popular Mushi King franchise.

What's interesting about it and arguably sets it apart from a wide range of other Tamagotchi-inspired LCD mini-games that involve rearing creatures (in this case an insect) is that the game design, such that it is, has been handled by none other than Masahiro Sakurai, the creator of Kirby and most recently Meteos on Nintendo DS. Sakurai is currently working for Nintendo on the Revolution version of Smash Bros.
