A pair of ex-S.T.A.L.K.E.R. developers at new indie outfit Sumom Games are releasing their poultry-themed intergalactic shmup, Human Must Answer, on PC on 11th July. It will be available at both GoG.com and the Humble Store for $10 (about £7).

Human Must Answer is the Kiev-based developer's debut title, which follows the plight of space-fairing fowl who find themselves at war with humanity after some dilweed earthling tries to shoot them.

It will feature upgradeable weapons, deployable turret drones, boss battles and a "non-intrusive narrative" that should weave the cosmic birds' exploits into the gameplay.

Humans Must Answer previously had a Kickstarter, which managed to fund its modest goal of £5000. A demo is available here.
