Activision's high profile courtroom showdown with sacked Infinity Ward founders Jason West and Vince Zampella has been postponed by a few days.

Proceedings in Los Angeles had been due to begin yesterday but will now commence on Friday.

According to the LA Times, the delay was caused by difficulties assembling a suitable jury pool.

Superior Court Judge Elihu Berle has also ruled that the case must be completed in 22 business days. Attorneys had requested 30 days but the judge wants everything wrapped up by 2nd July.
