Bungie, put your money where your mouth is about accessibility

Despite your talk about accessibility, and Disability Pride in the TWID, you have done almost literally nothing to make the game more accessible to photosensitive people. My fiancée loved Destiny when she first started playing, and wants to play with me more, but because of how many sources of flickering light and bright flashes there are in the game, almost half the activities put her at risk of a seizure, or force her to fight one off. I know she's not the only one, and epilepsy isn't the only medical issue that causes photosensitivity either. You're preventing a lot of players from enjoying or even playing the game by not putting any effort into either reducing how many sources of flickering lights or bright flashes there are in the game, or adding settings to turn off flickering lights and/or reduce the brightness of large flashes, so that they're not so jarring and will be less likely to trigger photosensitivity issues.
