What if we simply had new game modes? Like, Gambit is currently just banking motes. What if Gambit took a note from Crucible and started introducing new game modes? Such as, what if there was a sort of race mode? Defeat enemies and make it to goals in order to send obstacles to your opponents. Or maybe a sort of control point mode? Where it's a big arena and your team needs to survive a firefight while holding a zone for points, occasionally sending a big enemy to the opposing team. Think of Onslaught. What about a hunt mode? Another big arena with plenty of respawning enemies and each team has to find clues on how to draw out their high-value targets? What if we had more than 2 teams in some of these game modes? Like 3 4-player teams, or maybe even 4 3-player teams? So many ideas that could be had here.
