Since TFS dropped 2 friends of mine and I have been experiencing this error code mostly trying to load in the Tower. All of us have tried port forwarding it did not help with problem and no there's no issue by our end our routers are fine, our connection is stable in every other game. Nothing seemed to fix it except when I use a VPN which is a cheap and bad remedy to the problem and I get super laggy and keep disconnecting because of bad connection. Bungie Team, admit this issue is by your end please and fix your game it's getting super annoying to play Destiny with this error code.
