The 25% dmg nerf to still hunt/celestial is not needed. Bungie, you have got to stop defaulting to nerfing as a first option for corrections. We are not even half way through the first act and still hunt/celestial is already being hit. Bro I'm not even a Hunter and I think this is ridiculous. Hunters should 100% have this combo be potent.
Yall have to start looking at what makes these combos so popular, especially when it comes to what specific classes are leaning in to. There is such a long history in the game of taking the "go to" option for damage, and nerfing the hell out of it in an attempt to make other trash options, not seem as trash.
Instead of defaulting to "We have to nerf this immediately", let it cook for a little bit. Take the rest of the season/Act to look over the other classes exotic armor pieces and figure out some better synergies the other classes can use that would match still hunts potency/popularity with hunters Celestial
Right off the top of my head, rework actium war rig to act as a more potent version of target lock with machine guns. Longer it stays on target, ramps up damage to 20% 30% 40% whatever number won't break the game. Now Titans could have a popular ranged damage option. Same thing could be done for Warlocks.
Final shape was an absolute banger and yall have been on a roll lately. Don't let bad hastey decisions start pulling down the game again.
Sorry hunters, yall didn't need this nerf...your ability spam in pvp is a different story, though lol
