I was expecting worse tbh. Still a very viable weapon, especially since it’ll scorch and get a stacking damage buff per hit with the new artifact mods

The artifiact is still going to be catered around still hunt , and Whisper for Titans and Locks Hunters are going to taste what Warlocks who wanted to run anything but starfire and well did, must have celestial still hunt or kick!!! -
It was definitely coming, it's basically a second golden gun that deals near equal damage as the super, and in the special slot so you could do damage with a heavy weapon with bait and switch It's still gonna be used though but lowering the damage I think is for the better

6 RepliesLiterally only affects hunters, who were already out of band when it came to specifically witness damage. It’s a special weapon as well, this change is a slap on the wrist, which is all it really needed.

With how that exotic makes Still Hunt deal almost as much damage as one weapon rotation in just one shot of Cayde’s Retribution by itself, it was expected
