Season pass not working when i buy the Annual Pass
In game it says i have the bundle purchased but then when i go to season pass it says i need to buy it to unlock.

Are you using the account that actually made the purchase? Did you enable Cross-Save after making the purchase and choose the other platform as your active save data?
