Once again, a reminder that Enhanced Clown Cartridge is literally no different in ANY way to its regular counterpart on a RL—despite stating that it overflows the magazine to “an [i]improved[/i] degree.” If you don’t want Enhanced Clown Cartridge to have the ability to [i]sometimes[/i] load 3 rockets on a RL, so be it. But at least have the decency to give it a passive benefit (reload speed comes to mind). However, it SHOULD have the ability to [i]sometimes[/i] overflow your RL to 3 given its text and function.
