I have made support tickets in both avenues for a missing digital item from the Final shape collector's edition, unfortunately only receiving boiler plate, automated responses from both - resulting in neither helping assist or resolve the issue.
To make matters worse the bungie.net support request keeps getting set to solved daily so I have to add comments to keep it alive.
I have also made a forum post previously which garnered 0% engagement from support staff.
This has been going on for over a month at this point.
The whole support service as a whole has been immensely disappointing and I hope that as the studio and brand continues to get bigger, some of those resources are put into creating a more robust customer support experience
