It's been three years and Cobalt Clash is still not guaranteed from dismantling old flawless armor
Like the title says, it's been three years and the Cobalt Clash shader (Bungie's early experiment with flawless-only shaders) is STILL somehow not fixed to be a guaranteed drop when dismantling that armor. I saw someone wearing it in a match, so it must be a low chance, but really this needs to be guaranteed upon item dismantle.
