Just bought you fail emote from store hasn't shown up on my inventory yet.
Already restart xbox and destiny nothing

Eververse purchases go to your inventory in the 'wrapped items' section before you can use them. Check there. It appears there instantly after purchase, so if it's not there, then it's possible the purchase wasn't made.
