Iron Banner Resets
Iron Banner resets should give access to additional perks in columns 3 and 4 like the ritual playlists. Raids already do it with the adepts and patterns. Iron Banner weapons should get more perks for those who grind the limited mode out.

Agreed , would make it more enticing to grind after you get the title guilded After 2nd reset , extra perk in first column After 3rd reset, extra perk in 2nd column After 4th reset , you can reroll masterwork And just think how many engrams you will have after 4 resets , you will need billions of glimmer
