Old player coming back after a long time, all content missing?
I played Destiny 2 when it came out and completed the campaign on PS4. Installed it recently on PC and did the crossplay option to transfer my progress over to PC. I fired up my Hunter and got achievements like "Achieve level 20" & complete the game as all three classes, all my subclasses unlocked, but all progression and all unlocked content is totally missing.
No items, no story progress, no ships, but somehow a few ghost shells from Season 01 came through? I skipped the tutorial and got to the city and my vault is totally empty as well. Is there something I can do to get all my content back or is everything lost to the wind?

Your PS characters game history shows you played the first Red War campaign mission, "Homecoming", in 2018 and have not played D2 since then until today. No characters were deleted on your PS account either, so I think you may be misremembering. Please note that many changes have happened to the game since it launched, so some triumphs and abilities may be unlocked for you automatically. If you're for sure you played D2 more than that, did you used to play on Xbox or a different PS account?
