Fireteam Finder doesn't have the correct grandmaster nightfalls listed
The list of GM nightfalls in Fireteam Finder doesn't include Warden of nothing or the Glassway. It seems to be a list from a previous season.

Not sure if this is related, but the Total Conquest triumph is not progressing for me. I did Prison of Elders 6 times as each subclass and did not receive progress for the "Total Conquest" triumph. I was able to complete "Conqueror's Discipline". Thanks!
