trying to log in with my active steam account or at least access it but the site does not seem to recognize my bungie name, chaospigface#1008. instead the site puts me as chaospigface#7491. As a result, the site does not even recognize that I own the game yet alone have been active in it. I have tried using the site before months ago and it still didn't work. cross save and account linking also appears to not work. is their a way of signing in via bungie name and number that may resolve this? is there something that need to be done on the other end? I would really like to use the services provided on the site but it's really feeling like too much trouble then it's worth. if i can't get into my bungie account properly. Any help would be appreciated.
