Missing siegebreaker ornaments after purchasing
I logged into destiny today and saw the season of arrivals set pop in the store. I’ve always wanted the helmet for my hunter so i purchased it and opened the wrapped items immediately after. However when i opened it i got nothing, no ornaments for my helmet, gauntlet, chest etc. and my silver is still gone lmao, is anyone else having this issue?

3 RepliesI noticed they fixed it just enough to relist the item back up on the store and those affected by the bug will get fixed "at a later date" with no estimated time for the fix, while our money just stays in limbo in the meantime. This is a real cash item, it should have been refunded as soon as the sets were back up at the cash shop, not waiting at a later date for something we purchased with real money. Not a good way to do business. I will certainly be thinking twice before purchasing from the shop again.

Edited by umai808: 6/25/2024 5:45:02 PMSame issue here, bought the items for my Hunter and tried to unlock the box and nothing showed up. Bungie Help!!!!!!!!! I tried to buy it on my Titan and it worked like normal. Hunter is still missing everything though.

1 ReplyYeah I saw it and was very excited, I bought some silver for the hunter amor and witherhoard ornament and it wouldn’t let me buy it and now it’s gone from the store. Either it’s a bug they are fixing or it wasn’t meant to be there. If it wasn’t meant to be there I want a refund for my silver.

1 ReplyYea same here. One of the things of note is that the armor is not listed in the ornaments in my collection. It's possible that it is not showing up because its not even in our collections?

Oh my gosh! Im having the same issue i bought the set, needed the helm and the chest piece for the hunter; and opened it and its nowhere to be found.. I thought i refunded it or something by accident but when i checked the silver was still gone 😅

They just replied to my forum post saying they are actively looking into it so hopefully should be fixed soon I’m having the same issue

Likewise. When I purchased for my Titan, it was okay because I never got siegebreaker for that character. But for my main (Hunter) because I had only 2 pieces prior to purchase, it still didn't register.
