Expensive
This adapter is necessary if you want to connect a Crucial X6 SSD to a USB type A port on a laptop (and maintain maximum data transfer rates).In that regard it works as claimed though it does seem a tad expensive to pay an extra £10 when most other SSDs come with both type A & C USB cables.NOTE. There is a notch on the adapter that must be aligned with a corresponding notch on the device USB C cable - or maximum transfer rates will suffer dramatically.
