WordPress by default comes with a Privacy page that WP User Manager links to on the Registration form, with a checkbox for users to confirm they accept the policy.
The Privacy Policy page can be edited in the WordPress admin via Settings > Privacy
You can change the page WordPress uses as the privacy policy page, and edit it’s content.
If you don’t want a policy on your site you can edit edit the dropdown to ‘-Select-‘, or add this code to your site:
